INTRODUCTION:
All ceramics are made by me in Studio Kefi, Copenhagen. As a result, you may notice slight variations from one item to another. Each piece at Studio Kefi is a labour of love, meticulously handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Unlike mass-produced ceramics, every item in my collection is unique, a testament to its individuality and character. Therefore, you should know that the pieces you receive upon purchase may be slightly differences compared to those showcased in the webshop photos.
PAYMENT:
At Studio Kefi you can pay with VisaDankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, PayPal Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Shipping is made with GLS in Denmark and Europe.
The freight is calculated based on weight. All prices include 25% Danish VAT, but without shipping.

Pakkeshop from 46kr (0-1kg) to 110kr (15-20kg)
Private address from 62 (0-1kg) to 125 (15-20kg)
Europe:
Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, Poland, Sweden, Germany: from 105kr (0-1kg) to 245kr (15-20kg)
Finland, France, Czech Republic, Austria: from 130kr (0-1kg) to 255kr (15-20kg)
Burglary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Estland, Latvia: from 180kr (0-1kg) to 320kr (15-20kg)
Your order will be sent within 5 business days. When the order is shipped, an email will be sent to you, along with a tracking number. To pick up your order at the studio in Østerbro use the code PICKUP at checkout and shipping will not be calculated. You will receive an email, once the order is ready for pickup.
RETURN POLICY:
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days after purchase. The original invoice must be included. Your return parcel can be sent or returned to our shop at the following address:

Please note that we expect the products to be returned in the same state as when they were sent. Any used, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased. If your order is damaged upon delivery to you, please contact me at studiokefi.cph@gmail.com as soon as notice and I will replace it or refund it. When I receive back your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to your account. If broken upon receipt, a refund can not be issued.
