2. About Studio Kefi
Every piece available through Studio Kefi is designed and handmade in my Copenhagen studio.
Because each ceramic is individually crafted, slight variations in shape, colour, glaze, texture and size are part of the handmade process and should be appreciated as characteristics of the work rather than imperfections. This is what makes every piece unique.
While I do my best to accurately represent each product through photography, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
3. Orders
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Studio Kefi reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock inaccuracies or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euros (EUR), depending on your selected currency.
Prices include Danish VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout before payment.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping carrier.
If you choose Studio Pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not visit the studio before receiving confirmation.
Studio Kefi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs procedures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.

Returned items must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- returned in their original packaging
- packed securely to avoid damage during transport
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after Studio Kefi has received the returned items or received documentation confirming that the items have been shipped back.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact Studio Kefi within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Each case will be assessed individually and, where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered.
8. Handmade Nature of the Products
Ceramics are handmade and may naturally display small variations in colour, glaze, dimensions and finish.
These variations are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
9. Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom-made or personalised pieces are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
Studio Kefi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased through this website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent Danish courts unless mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise.
